How did these casteist AIIMS doctors get away with the burning D.R B.R Ambedkar's speeches ?

HOW DID THESE CASTEISTIC AIIMS DOCTORS GET AWAY WITH THE BURNING DR.B.R.AMBEDKAR'S SPEECH???

This is a video taken at the AIIMS hostel corriodors, where a bunch of barbaric obscene upper caste lunatics can be seen burning the books of Dalit leader Dr.B.R.Ambedkar's book. How did they get away with this ?

It is well known that apartheid agains Dalits (lower castes) has been practiced in India since thousands of years. Such is the hatred towards dalits (people of lower castes) that even in elite institutions, colleges, offices etc., dalits have to be at the receiving end. This footage taken in the corridors of the students hostel of the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences - New Delhi. Here, you can see the so called 'upper caste' doctors burning a copy of the speeches of Dr. Ambedkar, revolutionary, author of India's constitution and a hero of Dalits and oppressed in India.
