Jharkhand: Maoists kill two persons
Latehar (Jharkhand), Nov. 26 (PTI): Two persons wereshot dead by Maoists at Richughuta village in Latehar district, the police said here today.
The Maoists pumped in bullets from close range at the victims, identified as Ajay and Hemant, the police said.
A note, which was left by them near the victims last night, claimed the two were former activists of the CPI (Maoist) and recently fled with weapons to form their own gang.
The note also accused the duo of rape and extortion.
